German language courses at these universities range from A1 (beginners) to C1 (advanced) level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (levels explained here). All universities have strong, active exchange programmes with partners in Germany (see here). Academic exchange is supported through a series of scholarships, including DAAD, PAD and university support.

At all universities, German cultural and social events are offered for staff, students and the general public.
